Far too often, friends, colleagues, and clients have shared personal stories with me in
which they felt their power being minimized, compromised, and in some cases, mitigated
to the point where it was unrecognizable to themselves.

"What I found most fascinating was these stories were coming from leaders
I perceived as 'powerful' who were also serving in positions of power."

This reminded me how important it is to remind ourselves of the power that we have inherited, the power that lies within and the power we have to give. 

Let's Get to Work!

In this Xperience, we will collectively rethink our power through a series of
conversations and activities designed to draw upon the power of our ancestry,
tap into the power of our identity, and step into the power of our purpose. 

DESIGN ELEMENTS:  Self-Reflection.  Stimulating Conversation.  Introspection.  Meditation.  
The Art of Rethinking.  Creativity.  Poetry.  Drafting 'I Am Power' Statements.

GOAL: For each participant to embrace the full scope of their identity and
integrate each power element into the manner in which they lead in their community.
