In today’s social, cultural and economic climate, leaders like you and I are finding ourselves rethinking the future of our economy, our businesses and our careers. Now is the time to elevate the consciousness of leaders and it begins with rethinking how and what you think.

 

Each Xperience Learning product is intentionally designed to elevate the consciousness of leaders for the purpose of driving trust, stimulating growth and building a culture of community in the workplace.

This Xperience is intentionally designed to be an individual learning experience and journey of self-discovery.  Participants will engage in a series of learning activities and mind-strengthening exercises intended to ignite self-awareness, inspire self-reflection and foster deep self-examination.

 

Xperience Learners can expect a rich learning experience packed with stimulating content,

current and relevant examples, practical tools and opportunities for further exploration,

thoughtful consideration, and personal introspection.  

 

Xperience Learners will also examine a series of real life workplace experiences that illustrate

the influence rethinking has on our perceptions, conversations, interactions and

decision-making in the workplace. Workplace experiences will include scenarios that expose how perception influences our policies, processes and practices that surround

recruitment, culture, branding, training, management and leadership.
